For a conversion problem
Tell us the tool name, your browser and device, the input file type, and the exact error message. Explain what you expected and what happened instead. If relevant, include the approximate file size and number of pages. These details are usually more useful than sending the original file immediately.
Keep sensitive information out of the first message
Please do not email passwords, API tokens, identity documents, financial records or private client files. You can describe the problem using a small sample with personal details removed. If a screenshot is helpful, check it for names, addresses and other information before attaching it.
Privacy and content requests
For a privacy enquiry, use “Privacy enquiry” in your subject and describe the information involved. For a website-content concern, include the page address and explain the issue. We may need clarification to understand a request or verify that it concerns your information.
Before you write
Try the latest version of your browser, check that the file is within the limit shown by the tool, and confirm that the format matches the upload instructions. For scanned documents, use an OCR tool rather than ordinary text extraction. If the issue continues, email us; we do not promise a fixed response time.
