A free tool or trial allowance does not promise unlimited use or permanent availability. We may pause cloud processing when service limits or provider allowances are reached.
Your files and permission
You keep the rights you have in your files. You must have permission to upload, modify, convert and share the material you choose. For cloud tools, you instruct us to send the document to the conversion provider to carry out your request. Do not submit files when your obligations to another person or organization prevent this processing.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website for unlawful material, malware distribution, infringement, attempts to access another person’s information, or interference with the service. Do not bypass usage limits, overwhelm the website with automated requests, or try to extract private credentials. Password-removal tools are for documents you are authorized to access; supply the required password where requested.
Review the result
Conversion, comparison, OCR and repair are automated processes. Formatting may change, text may be recognized incorrectly, and some documents may not process successfully. Keep an original copy and check the output before relying on it. A typed signature is a visual mark, not an identity-verification or certificate service. Raster-based redaction changes the document into images; inspect every affected page before sharing.
Downloads and sharing
You are responsible for where you save a result and which recipient or application you choose when sharing. Direct sharing depends on browser and operating-system support. Opening a share panel or completing a browser action does not guarantee that a recipient received or read the file.
Service availability and responsibility
The tools are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, error-free output, suitability for a particular purpose or recovery of every damaged file. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on an unchecked result, a lost original, service interruption or a third-party service. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
